DELIVERY TIMES AND FEES

Purchasing products from Rizzoli Emanuelli Spa online is simple and fast. Products are delivered to your home throughout Italy via GLS courier, with an estimated delivery time of one working day (two working days for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia).

Delivery in Italy is free of charge.

Order cancellation is possible up until the order is processed, which occurs with the issuance of the delivery note. The order status can also be viewed in the customer’s order history. For every order placed on shop.rizzoliemanuelli.com, Rizzoli Emanuelli Spa issues an invoice for the shipped materials, pursuant to Art. 14 of D.P.R. 445/2000. The information provided by the Customer at the time of order is used for the invoice. No changes to the invoice can be made after it has been issued.

Delivery charges are free. The Customer owes nothing beyond the total order amount shown at the end of the purchase process. Rizzoli Emanuelli Spa cannot be held responsible for delays in processing the order or delivering the products ordered.

At the time of delivery by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or their indications, must be immediately reported by writing a note of reservation (specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g., “punctured packaging,” “crushed packaging,” etc.) on the courier’s delivery receipt. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer cannot make any claims regarding the external condition of the delivered goods.

In the event of a return of a package due to reasons such as “recipient unknown,” “unclaimed,” or “refused,” Rizzoli Emanuelli Spa does not guarantee the reservation of the ordered items and may be required to refund the order if the product or products are not available.
