These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products made online through shop.rizzoliemanuelli.com.
Products sold on shop.rizzoliemanuelli.com are offered directly by Rizzoli Emanuelli Spa (hereinafter, the “Seller”).

2.6 The Seller may reject orders that are incomplete, incorrect, or for unavailable products, notifying you by email. Payments made for unavailable products will be refunded.
2.7 By submitting an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any term, please do not submit the order.

2.9 After the contract is concluded, the Seller will send an order confirmation by email summarizing the order details.
3. Product Guarantees and Pricing

3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular, or substandard products.
3.3 Products altered or damaged may not be accepted for return in case of withdrawal.

4. Payment
4.1 Prices include VAT, packaging, and handling.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.2 If delivery fails due to your absence, the courier will attempt a second delivery. If unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the Seller.

7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products, without penalty. Products must be returned to the courier within this period.
7.2 Returns must be made using the Return Form, available here, to obtain a return number. Product exchanges are not permitted.
7.3 You may withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receipt, by notifying the Seller.
7.4 Products must be returned in their original condition within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless using the courier indicated by the Seller.
7.5 If using the Seller’s recommended courier, return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller and deducted from your refund. The Seller is not responsible for loss or damage once products are handed to the courier.
7.6 If using a different courier, you cover return shipping costs and assume responsibility for any loss or damage during transport.
7.7 The right of withdrawal is valid only if:
- The Return Form is submitted within 14 working days;
- Products are unused and undamaged;
- Products are returned in original packaging with identification tags;
- Products are delivered to the courier within 14 working days.
7.8 Refunds will be issued promptly if withdrawal conditions are met.
7.9 If conditions are not met, refunds may be withheld, and the Seller may retain the products.
8. Refund Timing and Methods
8.1 After receiving returned products, the Seller will verify compliance with the conditions. If accepted, confirmation will be sent by email.
8.2 Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, and within 30 days of acceptance of returned products.
8.3 Refund timing depends on payment method:
- Credit/debit card: typically within two billing cycles; the value date matches the original charge.
